Current Delivery Delays

Australia Post have advised us of delays within their delivery network due to a significant increase in demand, a reduction in air freight capacity, and health and safety measures such as social distancing at their facilities.

Australia Post will also continue to offer a contactless delivery solution where their driver will stand back from the door and not require signature on delivery. More information can be found on the Australia Post website. We apologise for any inconvenience these temporary measures may cause.

Standard Delivery

We provide free shipping on all Australian orders over $60. Our standard order processing time is 1-2 business days. Due to delays within the Australia Post network, the current standard delivery times are as follows:

NSW, ACT and VIC: 5 to 7 business days
QLD, TAS and SA: 5 to 9 business days
WA and NT: 7 to 11 business days


Please choose carefully before you buy.

For faulty products, we offer a 14 days replacement warranty, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on our products, however we will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

-Your full name
-Your order number
-Reason why you are returning the product
-Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved

Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven’t previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
